Three years after a Rotweiller went missing from a Texas backyard, the dog was found by a few caring people concerned for the pooch that was out running near Highway 36.As they say, it's not over until it's over. Thankfully this owner microchipped the Rottweiler and when the Westminster Police Department was able to scan the dog, the rightful owner's information was found.
